Abstract

a component of non-tariff measures for commerce and trade, technical barriers to trade will exert greater influencer upon Chinese present international trade. How to get a correct understanding of the agreement and how to find an effective counter -measure will be an important subject for study so as to accelerate China's development in foreign trade after her entry into WTO.
