Abstract

Based on the two existing distributed simulation standards: DIS and HLA, we design a simulation management framework which is independent of DIS and HLA. In order to achieve a real-time and scalable framework, some critical techniques have been discussed: distributed data collection and replay, the design and administration of distributed simulation database, the management of distributed clock. Finally, in-depth analysis and comparison of different models of simulation management have been given both in performance and in realization.
