Abstract

The article initiated the idea in China that Yoga education is the health education which wholly perfects a person's spirit,and explores its meditation and transcendence,nature and self-nature of the ideology,and its theory,principles and practical system,which has great significance in resisting some presumption of yoga that the love of the body is more important than the love of the soul.And it can contribute to a harmonious and integrated yoga education system in a body,mind,and spirit.
