Abstract

The creation of the higher vocational education is the necessary demand of social progress and economic development.Creation is also the need that higher vocational education develops.And it is also the important assurance to attain personnel training objective.The higher vocational education creation needs combine the characteristic of higher vocational education and our nation condition.The education combined with industries and research.To train a large number of high quality technical and applied talents for our country modernization construction.
