Abstract

ADC08138 is 8-bit high-speed serial I/O A/D converters with multiplexer options,voltage reference,and track/hold function.In this paper,the performance features of ADC08138 are described and main control programs based on VHDL are given.Then the simulation with computer is carried through and the result is verified.
