Abstract
Objective: To study the constituents of the whole plant of Elatostema duyunens. Method: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel and recrystallisation. Their structures were identified by their physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic data. Result: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as kaempferol-4', 7-dimethyl-3-O-glucoside, quercetin-7-O-β-D-gluoopyranoside, kaempferol-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside,daucosterol,and hexadecanoic acid. Conclusion: Compounds of 1-6 were obtained from this plant for the first time.
