Considerations about the Transformation of Reference Service Mode in University Library

This paper expounds the connotations of reference service,analyzes the changes of university library's reference service in information era from aspects of the concept,organizational management,librarian quality,and service mode,etc.,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the quality of reference service.
