About the System of Crown Prince Contemporarily govern the Nation in Beiwei Dynasty

Abstract
The system of crown prince contemporarily govern the nation in the time of Ming Yuan emperor and Tai Wu emperor in Beiwei Dynasty, was set up when the emperor was in capital, rather than the emperor was out of capital to command the army for battling. In the time of Ming Yuan emperor, Liu Tai system was set up in the consideration of the emperor was out of capital, and the system of crown prince contemporary governing nation was developed for managing the Liu Tai. The past studies argue that the emperor commanded military forces and the crown prince was in charge of civil affairs. But in the time of Ming Yuan emperor, while significant decisions were made by emperor, crown prince also undertook parts of military duties, however, final decision on civil affairs must be made by emperor. In the time of Tai Wu emperor, duties undertaken by emperor and crown prince were clearly divided, the crown prince did not have any power on commanding military forces, any decisions relating with military were made by emperor. Imperial edicts issued by emperor were spread to nationwide through the crown prince, from here we can see, the system of crown prince governing the nation was strictly performed.
