A statistical analysis of overseas anti-dumping cases against China from 1995 to 2009

Abstract
This paper makes a statistical analysis about the situation of our country exports which have been filed anti-dumping lawsuits from the total circumstances of the case,the launched anti-dumping charges country and alleged anti-dumping product categories between 1995 to 2010.It considers that China’s export structure is irrational,export growth is unbalanced and the enterprise weak sense of anti-dumping result of ineffective responding,especially the new trade protectionism rises,and foreign discriminatory trade policy with China are the main causes of the fact that China’s export products frequently experience anti-dumping charges.And this paper proposes four levels of the corresponding measures.
