Exploration on Happy Teaching in Physical Education

The happy teaching into PE Teaching is PE teaching reform new thinking and new method.In this paper,the importance and related teaching methods of the happy sports in universitis sports teaching were explored and studied,results showed:Happy sports teaching emphasizes the pleasant learning mood throughout the whole teaching process,pay attention to the cultivation of the students' interest in sports,hobbies,training and exercise habits,stresses in the happy sports in temperament to cultivate,form a positive and optimistic attitude towards learning,improve exercise capacity,not only makes the sports teaching in the students' mood in the process of completing the teaching purpose,and for students to lay a good foundation for lifelong sports.
