Abstract
In this paper, we point out some disadvantages such as being centralized of the frequency of the chaotic series which can influence the chaotic series application in some fields, for example Cryptography. After analyzing Logistic map, we have provided two improving algorithms. Applying the algorithm to chaotic encryption system can improve the frequency' s equilibration. We provide a new technique to constructing a family of Logistic map and get a new chaotic time series be differ from the traditional Logistic chaotic series.
