Abstract
Take Yima long flame coal for the material by adding inproved compound cohesive agent and reforming the moulding and drying process of the briquette production line produce the gasfication briquette by the Luqi gasification furnace,The result indicates that adopting the suitable cohesive material and the process of moulding and drying,the indexes of the produced briquette almost are equal with the anthracite briquette,in which the briquette's cold strength can reach above 600N/ball and the hot strength can reach above 350N/ball. The coal test shows that there is no impact on the working condition of the gasification furnace when Yima long flame coal briquette mixed into the long flame lump coal burning in 20%.
