Abstract
Whether market economy could lead to capitalism is a very important issue that deserves study.With market economy, non-public assets may increase in state-owned enterprises, and we all understand increase of quantities may result in the change of qualities.In socialist market economy, the increase of private economy may exceed that of public economy and it's an inevitability under some circumstances, which calls for the need of system design and control.
