Abstract
This paper was aimed to optimize the microwave-assisted extraction process of harpagide and harpagoside from Radix Scrophulariae. The content of harpagide and harpagoside in the extract was determinated by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC). The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were: using water as extraction solvent, with solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 20( g / m L),microwave temperature of 50 ℃,microwave time of 30 min and microwave power of 600 W. Under the optimal conditions, the total extraction yield of harpagide and harpagoside was1. 1172%.
