Abstract
Voltage fluctuation and flicker, caused by high-speed varying load, is one of the most important aspects of power quality. In view of that, the general methods of detecting voltage fluctuation and flicker are presented, and the performances of some developed devices that suppressed the voltage fluctuation are analyzed and compared. All the studies are helpful for the supervision and control of voltage fluctuation and flicker.
