Abstract

According to the importance of project cost management,it introduces the problems existing in the cost management of construction enterprises,discusses how to make cost control in the construction program management,and points out that only when the cost control of the whole process is done well,can the program management goal be fully realized and can comprehensive economic benefit of enterprises be enhanced.
