Abstract
Objective:To observe Zhixuan Ning capsule of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo patients transcranial Doppler ultrasound(the TCD) effects.Methods:60 cases of vertebral-basilar artery insufficiency vertigo patients were randomly divided into two groups, including the treatment group(Zhixuan Ning capsule treatment group) 30 cases and the control group(flunarizine hydrochloride treatment group) 30 cases. Results:The basilar artery(BA),vertebral artery(VA) average cerebral blood flow velocity(Vm) to improve the rates were 86.7%,90.0%;control basilar artery(BA),vertebral artery(VA) cerebral blood flow average speed(Vm) to improve the rates were 63.3%,40.0%.Conclusion:Zhixuan Ning capsule of vertebral-basilar artery blood flow velocity was significantly better than the two-way regulation of flunarizine hydrochloride group.
