The Exploration of Management on Scientific Research Laboratories in Colleges and Universities

In the paper,the characteristics and management mode of scientific research laboratories in colleges and universities are studied. The level of management on scientific research laboratories can be greatly improved through many aspects of reform such as improving management systems,increasing the quantity of scientific research projects,promoting cooperation between colleges and enterprise,constructing valuable laboratory instrument platform,and playing pro-active roles of teachers,graduate students and undergraduates.
