Abstract
The application of the laser diffraction and scattering particle detection technique in the analysis of PVC paste particle size was introduced.The optimization of the experimental conditions was discussed.The results showed that the laser diffraction and scattering particle detection method could rapidly and accurately detect a broad range of particle size,correctly detect samples with double peak distribution,and was an ideal method to determine and characterize the particle size and size and size distribution of paste PVC emulsion.
