Abstract

According to the features of the reconstruction for municipal roads,including the small coverage for the construction,the urgent construction period,and complicated construction circumstance,the paper explores the management for the site construction of the reconstruction projects for municipal roads from the management difficulties of the engineering construction and the quality control by combining with work experience,and points out the respective quality management strategies,so as to provide some reference for similar projects.
