Diagnosis strategy of sexual disorders.

Gonad is a very special human tissue and organ,which has bi-differentiation potential.Any abnormal in the periods of embryonic development will cause some disorders of sexual differentiation or development.They usually characterized by sexual disorder or defect,as abnormal of karyotype and sex chromosome,Ambiguous genitalia,hirsutism,masculine,etc.These usually become very important clues to the diagnosis of sexual disorders.So,we should evaluate the general conditions of the patients,such as chromosomal sex,gonadal sex,genital sex,hormonal sex,etc.And analyze them by synthesis is helpful for the rapid diagnosis and differential diagnosis of sexual disorders.
