Supply and developmental strategy of public sports products in rural areas of China——With the corstruction of overseas Chinese hometown Quanzhou's country sports field as an example

With the fifth national sports field survey and farmers' sports body building project of 2006 as an example,this paper adopts documentary and comparison methods to compare and study Quanzhou rural sports public products' total amount and structure,supply subject,supply mechanism and the like.The results are as follows:the total amount of country sports field supply is insufficient,no quality and unitary.And the supply subject mainly consistes of units' self-preparation,assisted with social donate and other ways.The supply mechanism lacks public policy's support and the public financial system has not yet been established.Strengthening the formulation of public policy,constructing public financial system,building center-supply mode and establishing supply decision system as well as supply supervision system should be the core of guaranteeing rural public products supplying in socialist new country development.
