Differences in Psychological Well-being between College Teachers and Secondary School Teachers

Abstract

To explore the status and differences in psychological well-being between college teachers and secondary school teachers;288 college teachers and 506 secondary school teachers in Hebei Province are surveyed by Ryff Psychological well-being Scale.Results show that the level of college teachers and middle school teachers' psychological well-being is relatively high;autonomy and positive relations of secondary school teachers are significantly higher than those of college teachers.
