Abstract

Objective Compare curative effect on adefovir dipivoxil and lamivudine combined or adefovir dipivoxil and entecavir combined in lamivudine resistance of chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods 140 lamivudine resistance of chronic hepatitis B patients were randomly divided into two groups: A group and B group.A groups of patients take adefovir dipivoxil 10mg/d and lamivudine 100mg/d;B group take adefovir dipivoxil 10mg/d and entecavir 0.5 mg/d,all patients were treated for 2 years.In before treatment and in 0.5,1,1.5 and 2 years,patients were tested HBV-DNA and ALT.Results The two groups of patients were significantly lower average ALT in treatment,but B group is curative effect obviously better than A group.Conclusion Adefovir dipivoxil or adefovir dipivoxil and entecavir combined are valid in lamivudine resistance of chronic hepatitis B patients,but adefovir dipivoxil and entecavir combined effect is better than adefovir dipivoxil and lamivudine combined.
