Abstract

Objectives: To explore the development potential of the low score embryos in vitro blastocysts culture. Methods: The third day(D3) low score embryos from IVF/ICSI cycle was put in vitro blastocysts culture, and the blastula development was observed. The compact mulberry embryo and blastocysts were frozen and then further thawed to observe the clinical outcomes. Results: A total of 2058 low score embryos from 613 cycles were cultured and finally formed 753(36.59%) blastulas and 13 compact mulberry embryos.Among the embryos,322 blastulas and compact mulberry embryos were frozen(15.65%),including 220 cycles of frozen(35.89%).In the 220 frozen cycles, there were 54 freeze-thaw transplantation cycles, and the clinical pregnancy rate was 33.33%(18/54).Conclusion: Blastocysts culture can sort out the embryos with development potentials, and can make better use of t he embryos to improve accumulative pregnancy rate.
