Reviewing the economic cooperation organizations of countryside on the perspective of new countryside construction

Abstract

The fifth session of the 16th Delegation congress of CPC proposed to construct socialist new countryside as a significant task for each member of Communist Party of China in the new century.Currently,the governments at each level are adjusting the measurements to local conditions in order to seek answers to the questionhow to well construct socialism new countryside.Under this background,the author tries to develop the potential of the economic cooperation organizations by analyzing its traits and the functions in new countryside construction,then offers some useful means to reach the goal.
