Abstract
Enterprise culture is the value and behavior principle shared by the employees of one enterprise and fostered during its course of development.Once the enterprise culture comes into being,it will create great influence on the enterprise,thus playing an important role in realizing the goal of enterprise operation and being crucial to the survival and development of the enterprise.
