On Confucian Theory of "Ren" and Its Modern Significance

Abstract
The core of Confucian theory of Ren is the Ren man loving man.He exchanged of the meaning of Ren from personal inner feeling to much more social moral affection conducts,and extended the meaning of love between people to a kind of just love being the ethical duty.Point of his view,the justice of states and the harmony of society are based on Ren.Such theory has great significance on the social civilization process of this time whose purpose is pursing the ethical system of social management and the construction of social harmony.
