Abstract
This paper describes the introduction of system-on-a-chip (SOC) which results in changing designing method of embedded system. It puts forward the design flow and design issue of embedded systems based on system-on-a-programmable chip (SOPC). Based on the design flow, it brings forward integratec development environment (IDE) architecture on embedded systems based on SOPC.
