Abstract
A silver ore contained lead and zinc is floated with mixed and selective floatation technology respectively to comprehensively recover silver, lead and zinc In the mixed floatation concentrate, the grade of silver is 5028g/t, and the recoveries of silver, lead and zinc are 94 11%, 90 05% and 90 43% respectively By the selective floatation, the grades of silver and lead in Ag Pb concentrate are 12929g/t and 42 73%, the recoveries are 77 63% and 80 05%, respectively, and the grade and recovery of zinc in zinc concentrate are 56 56% and 82 05%. Although the silver is accreted with lead in the ore, there is still 1000g/t silver in zinc concentrate produced in selective floatation process, therefore, it is proposed that the ore is beneficiated with mixed floatation, then the mixed concentrate is treated by metallurgical process to separate and recover silver, lead and zinc, respectively.
