Abstract
This article mainly demonstrates the designing approach and the working principles for the data acquisition system with the personal computer as a host and the single chip microcomputer as a slave.The data acquisition system here consists of A/D converter ADC0809,8051 single chip microcomputer,LED display and personal computer.The personal computer controls the single chip microcomputer system to collect a voltage signal and displays it on two LED.At the same time,the personal computer draws a curve in light of the acquired data and then saves them.
