The WTO Regulations and Development and Protection of Educational Service in Ethnic Regions

Educational service is one of the major parts of the WTO service trade,and the Chinese government has been committed to the opening of educational service.Importance must be attached to the present situation caused by the late development of ethnic education and efforts must be made to innovate and improve ethnic education in western regions according to law.We must strengthen assistance to ethnic education through legislation;guide and encourage excellent educational resources to run schools in ethnic regions;guarantee ethnic minorities, right to receive education according to law;raise welfare of teachers in ethnic minority regions;enhance the development of civilian\|run schools in ethnic minority regions according to law;and implement the strategy of sustainable development of educational service industry in these regions.
