Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of different chemical control measures on the flue-cured tobacco growth and the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium in tobacco leaves of different growth periods.[Method] Through the soil culture experiment, seven chemical control substances and clean water were applied as foliage at vigorous growth stage, previous of squaring stage, and topping stage of flue-cured tobacco.[Result] KT-30+KH2PO4+Amino acid+Yellow humic acid(T5) and Sodium naphthalene acetate-DA-6(hexanoic acid 2-(diethylamino) ethylester)+KT-30+ KH2PO4+Amino acid+Yellow humic acid(T7) treatments could improve the growth of the flue-cured tobacco effectively,T5 decreased the nitrogen content of middle, upper leaves at later period of the growth of tobacco leaves, and improved the phosphorus content of leaves, which enable the nitrogen and phosphorus content of flue-cured tobacco leaves most close to the nitrogen and phosphorus content of the high quality flue-cured tobacco;treatments of T5,sodium naphthalene acetate-DA-6(hexanoic acid 2-(diethylamino) ethylester)+KH2PO4+amino acid+yellow humic acid(T6) and T7 improved the potassium content of the upper, middle, lower flue-cured tobacco leaves.[Conclusion] T5 had the best comprehensive effects in promoting the tobacco growth, improving the nitrogen and phosphorus nutrition status and increasing the potassium content of tobacco leaves.
