Research on the Exhaust Brake Control of the Diesel Engine

Abstract

The diesel engine brake electric control system based on the CAN technology is introduced.The system belongs to the diesel integrated electric control system which adapts the DSP control unit.The S12 micro-processor exhaust brake ECU drives the brake flap by the motor.The result shows that exhaust brake is an effective assistant brake method.When the brake flap angle is big,the exhaust system has more influence.
