Abstract

Y Liangyou 087,derived from Y58S and R087,is a new two-line hybrid rice combination developed by the Nanning Wode Crop Research Institute.In May,2010,it was certified for commercial production by the Guangxi Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee.The breeding procedure,field performance,major characteristics,cultivation and hybrid seed production techniques of Y Liangyou 087 were introduced in the paper.
