Abstract
Arbor Acres broilers were allotted to 6 groups randomly, a 2×3 factorial design was employed, and the diets were supplemented with 0 75%, 1 25% calcium and 0, 50, 100 mg/kg zinc (zinc methionine,Met Zn) respectively. Biochemical indexes were determined to evaluate the effect of different zinc calcium levels on broilers. The results showed that high level of calcium reduced the accumulation of zinc in most organs. Zinc contents of pancreas and tibia decreased more obviously (P0.05),and the activity of serum AKP was reduced by calcium of 1.25% in diets (P0.05).
