Abstract

The Debates in the development of Hermeneutics focus on the relation between the Interpreter and object. If the interpreter issubmit toobject, Hermeneutics is historical and ontological; Otherwise, Hermeneutics is critical and methodological .The debate's solution cause the practical turn of Hermeneutics. Practical Hermeneutics integrates ontology of Hermeneutics and methodology of Hermeneutics .It unified historical Hermeneutics and critical Hermeneutics.
