Abstract

Objective: Flame atomic absorption spectrometric method for direct determination of Zn、Cu、Ca、Fe、Mg in whole blood is studied in the paper. Methods: The blood sample after different-fold dilution is treated with 0.05% HNO3 or 0.1%SrCl2 and 0.1%的KCl.The method is simple and rapid by calibration curve method. Results: The results show that recoveries of these microelements are between 96.0% to 100.6%.Conclusion:The result of the method is accurate and satisfactory.
