Diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs in 76 cases

Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower limbs.Methods:76 patients with lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT),including 81 affected limbs.Color Doppler ultrasound were performed on all cases,which clearly found DVT and its location,extent.All the patients were given anticoagulation, thrombolysis,antiplatelet adhesion and symptomatic treatment.Results:Swelling and pain of lower extremity in 54 cases were relieved,and the ultrasonography showed reperfusion; symptoms were significant reduced in 18 cases and the ultrasonography suggested partial recanalization; two cases with blue leg were transferred to higher-level hospital for inferior vena cava filter placement and surgical embolectomy;two cases died of cerebral hemorrhage and advanced cancer. All cases were followed up from 6 months to 2 years.Conclusion:The patients with lower extremity DVT should be early diagnosed and treated, early treatment is mainly based on non-surgical treatment. The comprehensive treatment including anticoagulation, thrombolysis, antiplatelet and adhesion can achieve satisfactory effect.
