Abstract
The paper studied the problem of optimal insurance policy when insurant confront multiple losses happened.It explanded the analysis results of Arrow,which gave the optimal insurance policy happening only one loss during the insurance cover into multiple losses.The optimal insurance policy should found on the total losses,and include the traits discussed in model of Arrow,Which has the important meaning for insurance decision analysis.
