Investment in Human Capital in Rural Areas and the Analysis of the Relationship Between Urban and Rural Development

Planning city and countryside's development in entirety,that it is to make scientific planning of urban system from overall,the construction of new rural,urban and rural employment,which aims to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas,improve farmers' living standards,promote the development of urban and rural economic and social integration.The position of rural human capital investment have a greater impact on the gap between urban and rural areas.The paper based on the defining the relevant concept,made the research about the relationship of human capital and the urban-rural gap between domestic and foreign,come to the dialectical relationship between the rural human capital investment and urban-rural and rural development.
