Unity and Significance of Total Understanding of the Relationship between Certainty and Liberty

Abstract
In the past, the emphasized points of the unity of certainty and liberty was: why the liberty contains the certainty? Why the certainty is the premise of the liberty? Why the certainty can transform to the liberty, but we can not pay enough attention to these problem; whether the certainty contains the liberty or not, whether the liberty is the premise of the certainty, whether the liberty can transform to the certainty, this article pays more attention to these problem: why the liberty is the premise of the certainty in the material practice movement, how the certainty contains the liberty, how the liberty transform to the certainty, and the theoretical and practical significance of whole understanding of the relationship between certainty and liberty.
