Abstract

Objective To understand the clinical value of Holter ECG monitoring diagnose SSS. Methods Choose 200 SSS patients to use holter records. The standard of Holter ECG monitoring diagnose SSS (1)sinoatrial block. (2)sinus pause. (3)obvious sinus bradycardia.(4)bradycardia-tachycardia syndrome.(5)two knot pathology Results There are 120 example same result between SSS and electrical physiology determine in 200 patients. Conclusions we can diagnose early SSS by using Holter records, Coronany heart disease give fivst place to SSS.
