Abstract
Objective To explore the correlativity between indexes of hemorheology and blood vessel ultrasound changes of subject with blood-stasis-tongue. Methods According to syndrome differentiation, 81 cases with blood-stasis-tongue were divided into group with tongue of phlegm retention and blood stasis and group with tongue of deficiency of Qi and blood stasis, then their indexes of hemorheology and blood vessel ultrasound examination were tested. Results In group with tongue of phlegm retention and blood stasis, pulsation index of sublingual artery was positively related with deoxidized viscosity of whole blood (high, median and low shearing degree) and aggregation index of red blood cell, while there was nagative condition in group with tongue of deficiency of Qi and blood stasis. Conclusion The hemorheological change in tongue is sensitive for microcirculation affected by diseases, povided more information for exploring basic theory in Chinese medicne and clinical diagnosis and treatment for its reflection of certain pathological change, which is a worthy pathway for objectiveness of diagnosis in Chinese Medicine.
