Abstract
The nitrogen fertilization effect of four kinds of main planting pattern was study in Hexi Irrigation District. The results show that the yield maximal increase slope is increasing nitrogen fertilizer applied to corn and cabbage strip intercropping with the same amount of irrigation. There are differences between yields in the different intercropping of the same crop.Under the same conditions, the corn and cabbage intercropping, corn equivalent yield less than that of wheat and corn, corn and bean intercropping maize equivalent yield;in the case of the same amount of irrigation, applied nitrogen fertilizer significantly increased crop irrigation efficiency and soil water use efficiency of corn, and the highest irrigation water use efficiency and soil water use efficiency of corn and cabbage intercropping pattern.
