Abstract
The new way to strengthen the moral education in institutions of higher learning is discussed from the following aspects: teaching of moral and political theory, education of situation and policy, construction of campus culture, education of honesty, education of psychological health, construction of cyber culture, work of students' league, building of teaching staff, and etc.
