Abstract
The changes of the fluorescence parameters of Dicrateria zhanjiangensis and Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59 exposed to Cu2+ were investigated by means of the chlorophyll fluorescence technology(Water PAM),and the growth of these two species of marine microalgae was observed. The results showed that all fluorescence parameters(Fv/Fm,Fv/F0,Yield and ETR) of Dicrateria zhanjiangensis and Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59 decreased under Cu2+ stress. The growth of cell density for Dicrateria zhanjiangensis and Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59 decreased under Cu2+ stress, and it can be expressed as Dicrateria zhanjiangensis Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59 in the 24h while it can be expressed as Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59 Dicrateria zhanjiangensis during 48h to 96h.The toxicity of Dicrateria zhanjiangensis and Isochrysis galbana MACC/H59 increased with the increase of exposure time.
