Abstract

Economic growth is one of the key objectives to macro economy.Using production functions to measure return on infrastructure Investment.This paper set a model to study the role of infrastructure in fostering economic growth in Shanxi province and argue that economic growth policy based on infrastructure construction long term is not sustainable.The government should further promote the market-oriented reforms,in order to maintain sustained economic growth.
