Abstract
Resin shipping tanker is a new developed product of special vehicle at experimental stage currently for the transportation of resin solution. The product has already been put into operation,in order to improve the function and structure,reduce the design cost and enhance the entire performance of the tanker it conducted the digital prototype vehicle manufacturing,functional analysis,finite-element analysis and expanded the structure of tanker. The digital analog and finite-element analysis of tanker was conducted to judge the rationality of its structure. The definition,classification and seiri for its function with the method of functionalism were accomplished to judge the rationality and perfect degrees of tanker. Finally,The structure of tanker body with sheetworks was expanded to provide a reference for the processing of tanker and optimize the utilization rate for material.
