Experience of MA Jianwei on Treatment of Membranous Nephropathy

Professor MA Jianwei thinks that spleen and kidney deficiency is the root of membranous nephropathy.The damp-heat,kidney collateral stasis,wind attacks are the basic pathological features that lead to membranous nephropathy and development.Treatment should be oriented to invigorate kidney and strengthen spleen,and treatment of clearing heat and excreting dampness is the first step.Treatment of promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis should be throughout the treatment course.Treating based on pathogenesis,keeping the basic prescription,changing the treatment based on changes in condition,stopping treatments when conditions improved,all these are proposed by professor MA Jiangwei.
